Commercial Hall in a local school before remediation services and after remediation services.  Toilet ran on a long holiday weekend this is what they found when they returned to school. 

They called SERVPRO of Santa Rosa, we had all the water extracted, cove base removed & replaced, insulated walls removed and replaced.  All reconstruction was performed on the weekend.  The drying process complete within 7 days.  We removed air movers every morning to avoid trip hazards and reset them every evening.
