This wall in this garage is shared with the laundry room and a bathroom on the interior of the home.  They had a hot water heater leak in the attic causing water damage to the ceiling and this wall in the garage.  We demoed the wall and the ceiling in order to get to the soaked insulation inside the ceiling and wall cavities.  

This image reflects the work that was performed getting this area ready for reconstruction services.  This image is after dry out services.  Our contractors came in behind us and replaced all the building materials that were removed.
