Commercial Condo Rental Unit with a French Doors upstairs that leaked causing water loss to the downstairs ceiling.  This water loss was over 72 hours old and the ceiling had wet insulation in it.  SERVPRO of Santa Rosa County came in and gutted the ceiling and a portion of the exterior wall.  We dried all the framing out and our GC came in behind us and put all the removed building materials back.
