Water Damage to flooring and wall/water damage after flooring and wall removed.  This was a sewage back up that wicked up this particular wall close to three feet.  The insured was out of town when the loss occurred.  All the toilet paper debris was cleaned up prior to this picture being taken.  

We performed decontamination services before any air movement was placed in the home.  Once the entire structure was cleaned and dried, we also performed deodorization services as the insured told us she was very sensitive to odors.
