This is a water damage that sat for over 72 hours.  The best course of action was to empty the closet and remove the wet building materials as microbial growth can begin within 48-72 hours of the initial water loss. 

During the demo SERVPRO of Santa Rosa County found additional damages that the insured was not aware of.  We contacted her insurance adjuster, sent him photo documentation and we got that repaired right along with the rest of this rental property.
