Teapot Before/Teapot After

This teapot was in a bad fire in Navarre, FL.  This was a family heirloom that the customer refused to part with.  She did not want to be paid for it she wanted us to try and restore it.  

Our first step was to put it in our ultra sonic machine to remove the soot.  Our cleaning technician then used polish cleaner and good old elbow grease to remove the decolorization.   After a lot of polishing you would have never know it went through a fire.
