We had a horrible storm blow through while we were out of town.  We had just had our roof replaced from Hurricane Sally.  It took that long for us to get a free slot in a roofers schedule.  The vent on the roof blew off and it rained in our attic for 48 hours.  When we came home the ceilings in our bedroom, hall, foyer and living room were wet some sagging and falling.  SERVPRO of Santa Rosa County, Nick and his crew of hero's swooped in and got us all cleaned up demoed then they got this wonderful Contractor Gus in to rebuild what they removed.  It was the easiest process that I have every gone through.  They worked with our insurance, made sure everything was covered that they did.  They were just a wonderful company to work with.  I cannot say enough.   

We had frozen pipes rupture and leave 2 inch of water throughout our entire downstairs.  Nick, and his crew were so awesome.  They got right to work setting up the drying machines and fans.  They checked them every day and were very thorough in the documentation of the steps they took.  This made the insurance claim go smoothly.  I cannot thank them enough for getting us headed back to a state of normal.  The professionalism was apparent from the quality of the equipment to the quality of the workers.  You can tell they take pride in what they do. 

I was in disbelief in how much damage was done to my home from the storm. SERVPRO made me feel like everything was going to be okay. They handled everything from talking to the insurance company to taking care of the entire reconstruction process.
